Alexandros is a graduate of the School of Physical Education and Sport Science of the NKUA and specialization in Track and Field Running. At the same time, he is a postgraduate student in the Master’s Program, majoring in Long Distance Running Coaching. He is a member to the myathlete team since 2013.
In 2016 he published his research thesis on “The immediate effect of warm-up with whole-body vibration on the kinetic and kinematic characteristics of running” at the 6th Congress of Biochemistry and Exercise Physiology in Athens.
He is working in the field of ergometrics and running coaching, guiding athletes of all levels and ages to improve their health and achieve their athletic goals. In addition, he has worked in athletics academies, training both young children and the competitive long distance running teams.
From an early age he was determined to serve sports from the coach position and to inspire his athletes with scientific means and genuine interest. He believes that exercise and good nutrition are an integral part of every person’s daily life since they contribute significantly to good physical and mental health. He has been an amateur endurance runner for many years, while in his free time, apart from training, he likes to watch sports events worldwide and take walks near the sea.
