Since an early age, Katerina has been involved in the world of sports giving her the opportunity to gather 20 years of experience in the field. She has engaged in various sports, including tennis, volleyball, track and field, water skiing, and gymnastics. Her journey led to start her career in the fitness industry as a professional Trainer in 2017.
She is a BS graduate of Physical Education and Sports Science of the University of Athens and currently a MS student of “Clinical Exercise and Applications of Technology in Health” of Physical Education and Sports Science of Democritus University of Thrace in collaboration with the NCSR “Demokritos”. Additionally, she participates as an assistant in the university’s research studies.
Since 2023, she has been part of the myathlete team as a personal trainer. Her scientific interests include exploring ways in which exercise can improve modern human quality of life through strength and performance training, corrective exercise, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, with the complementary assistance of technological means.
Throughout her career, she has collaborated with people of all ages and levels, from clinical populations to professional athletes.
In her personal time, aside from training and running, she enjoys learning new languages, programming, photography, digital drawing, and reading philosophy.
She is passionate about her job, constantly seeks new ways to broaden her horizons, and loves sharing her knowledge with the people she collaborates with.
