Nikoleta-Maria Bokou is a dedicated dietitian-nutritionist specializing in sports nutrition and exercise performance. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Harokopio University and holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Nutrition, specializing in Sports Nutrition. She is committed to supporting athletes and active individuals optimize their health, performance, and recovery through tailored nutrition strategies.
Her clinical experience includes an internship at “KAT” General Hospital, where she conducted detailed nutritional assessments, designed dietary plans, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
In addition to her studies, Nikoleta has volunteered in public health initiatives like the “Race for the Cure” and the “Healthy Growth” study. Her master’s thesis, “The impact of physical activity on the 20-Year incidence of cardiovascular disease in individuals with comorbidities: ATTICA study (2002-2022),” reflects her commitment to evidence-based health interventions.
