Katy is a dedicated nutritionist working at myathlete, specializing in sports and clinical nutrition, weight & health management, family wellness and women’s health. With a foundation built upon extensive academic pursuits and hands-on experience, Katy brings a wealth of expertise to the myathlete team since 2016.

Katy completed a bachelor’s in human nutrition and dietetics, a diploma in Nutrition Science, a Master’s Degree from the University of Wales and further collegial degrees from Canada. She is currently continuing her studies and research in the specialization of sports nutrition and woman’s health with a focus on hormone health.

Outside of work, Katy enjoys all sports, including long distance running, open water swimming, yoga, scuba diving and finding balance and inspiration in activities that nourish both body and soul. She has participated in numerous races including marathons in Athens, Thessaloniki, Hamburg, Rotterdam as well as Oceanman open water swimming race in Greece, trail and mountain races and sprint triathlons.

She is a mom of two children and is heavily involved in organizations that support all children, adults and family with special needs. In addition, Katy sponsors paralympic athletes and donates her time and expertise to provide nutrition coaching.

Driven by a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals, Katy is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based nutrition counseling and support at myathlete.
