Aristotelis is a graduate (1993) of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science of NKUA, with specialty in basketball coaching. He received his Masters in Sport Management from Loughborough University in 2000. He has joined myathlete in 2021, having been a partner since 2011. He has worked for 30 years in several Health & Fitness Clubs, with 20 of those at Holmes Place, since 2008 he was Regional Fitness Manager and Product & Education Manager. He has trained more than 400 Personal Trainers. He has organized workshops and seminars in Health & Fitness for various business industries, as well as participated in television shows and has shared his expertise in Fitness, Health and Wellness.
Aristotelis has published articles in magazines (Shape, Woman, VITA, MBIKE, etc.) about fitness and wellness.
Apart from teaching, he has continued his education and has attended several seminars and workshops in the fields of Wellness Coaching, NLP, Service Leadership, Train the Trainer and Advanced Presentation Skills. He has held professional memberships in ACSM, NSCA and ACE since 1997. He has been a Spinning Instructor and Product Manager from 2002-2008, working with Star Trac. He co-worked with TRX Greece as a trainer in the period 2013-2015.
He was the strength & conditioning coach of the Russian sailing women’s Olympic team in London in 2012 (4th place), Olympiakos men’s handball team in 2021-22 (winning the championship), Milonas men’s volleyball team (4th place in 2023, Cup Final Four 2023 , 5th place in CEV Cup 2024, 3rd place in 2024).
He is an avid runner, and has participated in road races of 5km, 10km, Half Marathon and Marathon since 1992 and he has finished 5 Athens Authentic Marathons.
Basketball remains his second great love, and Personal Training comes first, he loves inspiring all his students, aged 10 till 80!
In his personal time, he loves reading philosophy and learning about happiness and love.
