Having many years of experience and extensive scientific training, our team undertakes athletes from 9 to 89 years old while, at the level of special populations, after consultation with doctors, it specializes in cases of rehabilitation of injuries or chronic musculoskeletal diseases.
Training is designed with individual elements in mind to perfectly suit the needs of the athlete. Personal training for those who want more and structured motivation combined with maximum use of available time. Group workouts for those who want to combine their training with the benefits of being part of a sports community. Remotely guided workouts for those who are far away and/or want to reduce commuting time.
